About Tanya
Tanya McNevin is a Windsor family law lawyer and a strategic courtroom advocate for clients when settlement isn't possible. Her litigation practice covers divorce, mobility issues, access, custody, property division, and support. She received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 2010 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2011, after ten years working in the legal field before law school. She belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex Law Association, was appointed to the Superior Court of Justice Family Law Judicial Liaison Committee from 2013 to 2024, and is a founding coordinator of the Family Law Association of Windsor.
