About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Pasternak received an Honours degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph and an LL.B. from City University Law School in London, England. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 after articling at Kostyniuk & Greenside. His practice covers insurance defence litigation, including personal injury, occupier's liability, and property claims, and he has advocated for clients before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Defense Lawyers.
