About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Larry has extensive experience in complex commercial, securities, and insolvency litigation, and frequently represents clients in shareholder disputes, banking litigation, fraud, and commercial real estate proceedings. He is also active in the firm's class action practice and appears regularly before the Superior Court of Ontario, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Ontario Securities Commission. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001.
