Jeffrey Helper practices corporate securities, corporate finance, and corporate transactional law for emerging, growth, and mid-cap companies, with an emphasis on those listed or planning to list on the TSX Venture Exchange. He acts for private and public companies on debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions across industries including oil and gas, mining, and technology. Helper received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin in 1992 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 1996, and was called to the Alberta bar in 1997.
