About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Bell was called to the bar in 2005 and practises in corporate and commercial law, real estate and land development, and wills and estates. Jeffrey Bell earned an Honours B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario in 2000, a Bachelor of Education in 2001, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 2004, graduating in the top 5% of the class and receiving the John H. Rodd K.C. Award for the highest standing in Private International Law. While at Windsor, Jeffrey Bell volunteered as a case worker for Community Legal Aid and was a footnote editor for the Windsor Yearbook of Access to Justice. Before joining Scott Petrie LLP as a partner in March 2010, Jeffrey Bell worked as an associate at Cohen Highley LLP in London, gaining experience in business purchases and sales, reorganizations, will drafting, estate freezes, trusts, and residential and commercial real estate. Jeffrey Bell has a particular interest in condominium law, acting for both developers and boards of directors, and belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Middlesex Law Association, the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Ontario College of Teachers.
