About Jeff
Jeff Palamar's career has focused on workplace dispute resolution, including collective bargaining, employment contracts and policies, workplace safety and privacy matters, human rights, and wrongful dismissal claims, as well as sport law. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1986 after earning his LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Manitoba. Jeff has served as an arbitrator for the Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission and, since 2014, has been named to a national list of Sport Dispute Resolution arbitrators for Canada. He has volunteered extensively, including four times as Team Canada's Ombudsperson for the Canadian Paralympic Committee, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers™ in Canada for Labour and Employment Law since 2006.
