About Jeff

Frame practises civil litigation, municipal law, construction law, expropriation and property disputes, with 28 years of experience resolving land use and development matters through negotiation and litigation. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1994 and to the Nevada State Bar in 2002, and belongs to the Kamloops Bar Association and the British Columbia Expropriation Association. He has presented at professional forums including the 2014 Land Summit on B.C. Mineral Tenure Legislation and at Thompson Rivers University.
