About Rachel
Rachel R. Lammers was called to the British Columbia bar in 2005 after earning a law degree from the University of Windsor in 2004 and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in 2000. Rachel is an accredited family law mediator and arbitrator whose practice focuses on complex family and estate litigation involving corporations and trusts. Rachel has represented clients in reported cases including Kennedy v. Kennedy and Konkin v. Harris, and has served as past chair of the Kamloops Women Lawyers Forum. Rachel is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch, and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, and has served as president of the Elizabeth Fry Society in Kamloops.
