About Milad

Javdan practises corporate and commercial law (incorporations, shareholder agreements, financing and M&A), intellectual property strategy (trademarks, copyright, patents and licensing), and commercial litigation, and is based in Kamloops. He served as Managing Editor of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law during law school and has co-authored a peer-reviewed article in the Canadian Business Law Journal on contractual interpretation; his work has been cited by the Supreme Court of Canada in Uber Technologies Inc. v. Heller, 2020 SCC 16. He previously practised at a national and global law firm on multi-million-dollar transactions.
