About Alana

Hughes practises workplace and employment law, acting for both employees and employers across British Columbia. Her work includes dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and med-arb, workplace investigations, employment litigation, and policy review, as well as wills and estate planning and support for survivors of federal Indian hospitals. She holds an LL.M. and a Certificate in Law Teaching from Osgoode Hall Law School, and is certified in mediation (2023) and arbitration (2024) through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of British Columbia.
