About Jason

Jason Koshman is a 1992 graduate of the University of British Columbia Law School. He began his legal career at a large downtown Vancouver firm practising labour and employment law, then spent over a decade as corporate in-house counsel for a 73-member employer organization, followed by management and operational roles at one of North America's largest energy companies. He returned to private practice in 2011, bringing that business background to his legal work. His practice includes employment litigation, administrative law and tribunal adjudication, labour relations, employment standards, human rights, general civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and representation before professional regulatory bodies.
