With over 25 years of experience as a regulatory prosecutor, Crown counsel, and in private practice, he is a business litigator focused on complex commercial litigation and regulatory and white-collar defence. He previously served as Chief Counsel to the regulator of Canada's public equities markets and trading systems, and has also worked as a prosecutor with the BC Securities Commission.
