J. Jeffrey Locke is a partner at McLellan Herbert Locke whose practice centers on wills and estates litigation, appearing at every level of court in BC on behalf of executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and next-of-kin, and regularly handling contentious matters involving elderly, incapable, or otherwise vulnerable individuals. Best Lawyers in Canada has recognized his work in the trusts and estates field. For more than a decade, Jeff held an adjunct professorship at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, and he has given his time to the law schools at both the University of Victoria and Thompson Rivers University.
