About Jamie
Jamie founded and served as president of the Animal Law club at the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law, raising awareness of legal challenges faced by non-human animals and their advocates. Before joining Poulsen & Company in 2022, she articled with a regional Vancouver firm, gaining experience in commercial litigation, estate litigation, debt collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy and insolvency, personal injury, and corporate/commercial law. She now assists clients with general legal matters and supports the firm's senior lawyers in litigation and commercial lending, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022. She is a member of the BCSPCA's Regional Council.
