About Jef

Jef practises primarily in creditor remedies, realization on security, secured lending, banking, and insolvencies, representing financial institutions, creditors, receivers, and trustees in bankruptcy. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and is a contributing author of British Columbia Creditors' Remedies, published by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. Jef has lectured for the British Columbia bar admission course on Personal Property Security Act issues and is Co-Chair of the Insolvency Section of the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. He has practiced in British Columbia since 1977.
