About Phillip

Phillip R. Lundrie founded Lundrie Brayer LLP (originally Lundrie & Company) in Burnaby in 1994. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University, a diploma in Environmental Health from BCIT, and an LL.B. from the University of Victoria, where he received the Professor Jim Ellis Memorial Prize in International Business and Trade Law. He articled at a Vancouver law firm and worked at smaller Vancouver and Burnaby firms before opening his own practice. Over more than 30 years as a lawyer he has focused on corporate matters, business transactions, real estate and business acquisitions, financing, and civil litigation.
