About Joseph
Joe practises in banking law, secured lending, and commercial insolvency, acting for and advising financial institutions on security, debt restructuring, and recovery, and regularly advises chartered banks on banker-client rights and obligations. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1991 and is a contributing author of British Columbia Creditors' Remedies, published by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. Joe has lectured for the British Columbia bar admission course on Personal Property Security Act issues and is a member of the Banking and Insolvency Subsections of the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
