James Woods is a corporate/commercial and wills and estates lawyer who has practised law since 2007, advising clients on forming or buying a business, leasing, shareholder agreements, and business reorganizations, as well as preparing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. He holds a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a past chair of the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce.
