About Scott
Scott B. Stewart was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1971. His practice focuses on insurance, property assessment and valuation, personal injury, and administrative law. He has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals, and has represented clients at numerous mediations and arbitrations. He holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto (1970) and has lectured to professional bodies on insurance and property law, including the use of expert evidence and alternative dispute resolution. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Vancouver Bar Association.
