Originally from Kamsack, Saskatchewan, Jamie Nykolaishen focuses her practice on condominium law, corporate, commercial, and business transactions, and commercial and residential real estate. She has extensive experience advising on condominium development, board governance, and owner disputes, and her corporate practice spans incorporation, acquisitions, and reorganizations. She has served for more than 20 years on the local and national boards of the Canadian Condominium Institute and provides educational courses for condominium board members and owners.
