About James

James Jagtoo is a founding partner of Jagtoo & Jagtoo, Professional Corporation, with a practice spanning employment, family, and civil litigation. He opened his own firm after being called to the bar in 1991 and has built a reputation over more than three decades representing individuals, entrepreneurs, charities, and corporations throughout Toronto and the GTA. He appears regularly across Ontario's court system, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor (1989) and a BA from York University (1979), and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
