Frances Jagtoo is a partner at Jagtoo & Jagtoo, Professional Corporation, whose primary practice area is employment law with a secondary focus on family litigation. She appears before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and its Family Branch, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, representing individuals, entrepreneurs, corporations, and not-for-profit organizations across the GTA. She previously authored a widely used HR publication covering employee discipline, handbooks and policies, terminations, employment contracts, and workplace investigations. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002, having earlier been admitted to the New York and Washington D.C. bars, and holds a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
