Jagtoo & Jagtoo, Professional Corporation is a small, family-run law firm in Markham, Ontario, made up of three lawyers: James Jagtoo, Frances Jagtoo, and Michael Jagtoo. James Jagtoo was called to the Ontario bar in 1991 and opened an independent law practice that same year, the practice that grew into the firm operating today. The firm's main focus is employment law and family law, with a secondary civil litigation practice covering breach of contract, misrepresentation, defamation, and negligence claims. It represents individuals, entrepreneurs, corporations, and charities.

Frances Jagtoo was called to the bar in New York in 2000 and in Washington, D.C. in 2001, ahead of qualifying in Ontario in 2002, and holds a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Earlier in that career, Frances Jagtoo wrote for an HR publication used by employment lawyers and human resources professionals, on topics including employee discipline, terminations, and workforce reduction. Michael Jagtoo, called to the Ontario bar in 2007, received an academic award in entertainment law during the third year of law school. From its single Markham office, the firm serves clients across a wide stretch of the GTA that its own site lists as including Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Brampton, Guelph, Mississauga, Vaughan, Toronto, and several other municipalities.
