Joven Narwal, KC founded Narwal Litigation LLP and ranks among Canada's most prominent trial and appellate lawyers working in criminal and regulatory enforcement. His clients include individuals, regulated professionals, public companies, and institutions facing serious criminal charges, securities enforcement actions, professional discipline proceedings, and complex regulatory investigations. Joven's courtroom work spans every level of court in Canada up to the Supreme Court of Canada, and he is among a small group of Canadian lawyers authorized to appear as defence counsel before the International Criminal Court in The Hague. He broke ground as the first visible minority President of the Vancouver Bar Association across its 126-year history, and for close to 15 years has served as an adjunct professor at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, teaching courses on White Collar Crime and Criminal Organizations. The Attorney General of British Columbia appointed him King's Counsel.
