About Jacob

Jacob Stewart is a partner at Stock Stewart LLP whose practice covers corporate organization, structuring and governance, share and asset transactions, regulatory advocacy, wills and estates, construction, and tax. He works with clients ranging from individuals to startups and established businesses on cost-effective, tailored legal solutions. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Management with Honours from the University of British Columbia and his JD from the University of Calgary, and previously worked with the in-house counsel team of a global pharmaceutical and agribusiness company. He teaches business law at Mount Royal University, volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance, and sits on the Canadian Bar Association Alberta Branch's Legislation and Law Reform Committee.
