About Tracey

Tracey Stock is a partner at Stock Stewart LLP whose practice covers corporate organization, structuring and governance, share and asset transactions, renewable and natural resources, post-merger integration, securities, long-term employee incentive plans, exit planning for small business owners, data conversion and intellectual property. Tracey holds the King's Counsel designation and is a licensed professional engineer, and teaches business law and management at Mount Royal University as well as survey law at the University of Calgary's Schulich School of Engineering. Tracey provides free legal advice to disadvantaged Calgarians through Calgary Legal Guidance in civil law, landlord and tenant matters and employment law, serves part-time as a Hearing Commissioner for the Alberta Energy Regulator, and is Past President of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
