About Jaclyn

Jaclyn Kram is a member of Beard Winter LLP's Insurance Litigation Group, handling a broad insurance defence practice that includes bodily injury, statutory accident benefits, occupiers' liability, property damage, fire loss, product liability, and priority disputes. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017 and joined Beard Winter in 2022 after practicing at a well-known insurance defence boutique in Toronto. Jaclyn earned her law degree and Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle in Australia, where she was also called as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015. Before law school, she completed a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies at Western University. She regularly appears in Ontario's courts and tribunals, including Small Claims Court, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Superior Court of Justice.
