About J.
J. Patrick Maloney is a partner who advises both private and public sector clients on municipal law. He helps developers navigate the land use approval process and regularly appears before municipal councils and committees, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, the Provincial Offences Court, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Patrick was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2007 after earning his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. (Hons.) from King's College at the University of Western Ontario. He also lectures in Commercial Law at Brock University and is a member of the Lincoln County Law Association and the Ontario Expropriation Association. Born and raised in the Niagara Region, he continues to serve clients throughout the area.
