About Adam

Adam Patchet belongs to Sullivan Mahoney LLP's Litigation and Tax Law practice groups. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013 and qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant in 2010. His litigation practice takes on complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, and disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, and he has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as the Federal Court and the Tax Court of Canada. He has also handled matters in arbitration and before administrative tribunals. Adam earned his J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2012 and a B.B.A. (Hons.) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2005, and during law school he received the Samia Rose Shaheen Memorial Award and the CCH Prize for Legal Writing.
