About Bruce

Bruce Macdonald was called to the bar in 1986 and is a member of Sullivan Mahoney's Litigation and Wills and Estates groups. His litigation practice spans family, criminal, and civil matters, and he favors canvassing all avenues of dispute resolution to keep costs down for clients. In family law, he handles cohabitation and marriage contracts along with custody, access, support, and property disputes arising from relationship breakdown. His criminal work includes defending both individuals and corporations, while his civil litigation covers commercial, insolvency, real estate, and estate and trust matters. As part of the Wills and Estates group, he advises on wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, and executorship, along with related disputes. He earned his LL.B. and a B.A. in economics from the University of Western Ontario, and remains active with the Lincoln County Law Association and local rowing organizations.
