Don Harvey has built a broad litigation practice in Durham Region, representing clients in personal injury, wrongful dismissal and commercial matters. From 2000 to 2010 he represented insurance companies exclusively, defending and settling claims, which gave him insight into how insurers evaluate and handle claims.
