Employment & Labour LawBradley Troup represents both employers and employees in resolving workplace disputes and chairs Sullivan Mahoney's Litigation Group. He regularly appears in court and before employment tribunals, handling wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, severance negotiations, and employment contract disputes. His work also extends to matters before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, such as applications for union decertification, along with Employment Standards Act appeals and Occupational Health and Safety Act defences. Bradley was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 and holds a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall specializing in constitutional law, along with a law degree from the University of Windsor. He also teaches as a lecturer at Brock University.
