About Rick
Rick A. Dilts has practised law since 1979, focusing on real estate and wills and estates matters. He earned an undergraduate science degree from the University of Toronto before graduating as a Medalist from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law in 1977. He spent over three decades in private practice, first as a partner at Morgan, Dilts & Toppari from 1985 to early 2018, then as an associate at Martens Lingard LLP, before joining Daniel & Partners LLP in July 2022. Dilts belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Lincoln County Law Association, where he previously served five years as an Executive Member. A lifelong Niagara Peninsula resident, he is also active in local music and community organizations.
