About Italie

Italie Gagnon joined Forseti in 2025 as a litigation attorney, having earned her law degree from Université de Sherbrooke's cooperative program. She previously practised civil and commercial litigation at a provincial law firm, handling injunctions and Norwich procedure cases, with internships in civil and commercial litigation and immigration law. During her studies she completed an exchange at UCLouvain Saint-Louis in Brussels, Belgium. Her practice covers shareholder disputes, real estate and co-ownership, tort liability and fraud, contractual relations, and extraordinary remedies.
