About Camille

Camille Savard earned her law degree from Université de Montréal in 2020 and joined Forseti's litigation team in November 2024, having previously worked in both law firms and litigation departments. Her notable experience includes work on constitutional challenges to Quebec's Bill 21 and Bill 96 before the Quebec Court of Appeal, and factual and legal research for a 2022 book on the Omar Khadr case. Her practice covers construction, real estate and condominium law, shareholder disputes, contractual relations, and bankruptcy and insolvency.
