About Frédérique

Frédérique Bourret joined Forseti as an attorney in 2024 after completing her Bar stage, having earned her law degree from Université de Sherbrooke through its cooperative program. She completed cooperative internships in construction law and administrative law at a public organization and a major Quebec firm, and also worked in contractual, franchise, and real estate law. During her studies she took part in a student exchange at the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, focusing on European and international law. Her practice covers construction, real estate and co-ownership, contractual relations, class action defence, and tort liability and fraud.
