About Isha

Isha Sharma is an associate at Rogers Partners LLP with a multijurisdictional civil litigation background, focusing on insurance defence, sexual abuse claims, and public entity and school representation. Before joining the firm, she spent over four years managing a high-volume caseload at an insurance defence firm in California, handling both federal and state matters. She has also worked with the Business Law Clinic affiliated with UC Berkeley since 2019, assisting startups with entity formation. She earned her LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2020, and previously completed a dual degree in business administration and law in New Delhi, India, followed by a clerkship at the Delhi High Court. She also holds an MBA from Trinity Western University. She is admitted to practice in Ontario, New York, California, and India, and is fluent in Hindi and English, with conversational Punjabi.
