About Isaac
Isaac A. Mills is an Associate at Kanuka Thuringer LLP in Regina, maintaining a broad civil litigation practice focused on complex corporate, commercial, and partnership disputes in negotiation, court, and arbitration settings, with particular interest in conflicts of law, unjust enrichment, and breach of fiduciary duty, as well as public law and constitutional matters. Before returning to Saskatchewan, he practised with a national firm's commercial litigation group in Vancouver following a 2020-21 clerkship at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Prior to law, Mills worked on drilling rigs in Western Canada's oilfields, completed graduate studies in international relations at the London School of Economics, and worked in construction during his undergraduate studies in History at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating with the highest overall academic average in the Humanities. He holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2020), an MSc with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2016), and a BA Honours from the University of Saskatchewan (2012), and was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2022 and the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 2024.
