About Sam

Sam Hargreaves is an associate at Lenczner Slaght practising in professional liability, construction and commercial litigation. Her clients include infrastructure constructors and owners, technology companies, banks, and other regulated professionals, and she has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, courts in other provinces, and a range of administrative and regulatory tribunals. She has handled motions, mediations, trials and arbitrations conducted both in person and virtually. Hargreaves holds a JD from the University of Toronto (2021), where she served on the Moot Court Committee, and a BSc in Biochemistry from Queen's University (2018). She was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.
