About Irina
Irina Fedak is an associate on the Corporate, Financing and M&A team in LaBarge Weinstein's Toronto office. She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and returned for her articling term in 2021 to 2022, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. Before law school, Irina earned a Master of Management from the Schulich School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from Wilfrid Laurier University; she went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. While in law school, she served as a Senior Editor and Professional Development and Communications Manager for the Ottawa Law Review and was a member of the Women's Legal Education and Action Fund.
