About Ilana
Ilana is a tax lawyer with Osler Works – Transactional, supporting the firm's deal teams and clients in the context of transactions. She joined Osler in 2014, having previously clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for the Honourable Mr. Justice Marshall Rothstein. Ilana earned her LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University and was awarded the Principal David L. Johnston Medal upon graduation. She also completed a clerkship for the Honourable Marie-France Bich of the Quebec Court of Appeal and served as an editor of the McGill Law Journal during her studies there. Ilana is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
