About Ioana

Ioana Vacaru has practised civil litigation since 2016, after completing her articles and a two-year internship with Kirwin Partners. She earned her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and subsequently obtained Canadian accreditation through the National Committee of Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Her litigation practice focuses on plaintiff personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial and shareholder disputes, and insurance litigation. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association.
