About Terry

Terry Hermiston is a founding partner and the Managing Partner of Hogarth Hermiston Severs LLP. He practises in civil litigation, estates, personal injury, and real estate, and has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Tax Court, FSCO, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He studied international relations at the University of Windsor before earning his LLB from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 1991 and being called to the Ontario bar in 1993. He is a member of the Essex Law Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
