About Ashley

Ashley Harmon joined Hogarth Hermiston Severs LLP as a partner in 2021. She develops estate plans tailored to each family and helps clients administer estates, including resolving disputes through court intervention when necessary. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and in writing to the Supreme Court of Canada, and has represented clients in private arbitrations and mediations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor in 2010 and a JD from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2013, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
