About Charlotte
Charlotte Harman practises class action litigation across a range of areas, including environmental, human rights and constitutional law, consumer protection, product liability, competition, securities, Indigenous, and labour and employment disputes. She is a member of the bar associations of British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, and represents both plaintiffs and defendants across Canada. She began her career in class action defence at a large full-service firm before moving into plaintiff-side class actions in 2019, working at boutique class action firms in Toronto and Vancouver before joining Slater Vecchio. She holds a dual degree in civil and common law from McGill University and a graduate diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto, for which she won the President's Award.
