About Christina
Christina Macdonald joined Kimball Law in 2017 to article with Derrick J. Kimball, was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in June 2018, and became a partner in 2020. She practises primarily civil litigation, including personal injury and insurance litigation, along with CPP disability appeals. At Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law she took part in the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic, competed in the 2017 Gale Cup moot, and served as VP Academic for the Law Students' Society. She currently serves as board secretary for the Ross Creek Centre for the Arts and the Kings County Children's Foundation, and she has appeared before courts and tribunals including the Social Security Tribunal of Canada and the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia (Family Division). She grew up in Fall River, Nova Scotia and now lives in the Annapolis Valley.
