Marion Hill is a Chartered Mediator, Qualified Arbitrator, and Collaborative Lawyer practicing as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nova Scotia, with more than 25 years of experience. Marion Hill focuses on resolving family law matters, including divorce, separation, custody, access, property division, and support obligations, outside of the court process wherever possible, using mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law. Marion Hill also provides estate planning and real estate transaction services, and offers remote video-conferencing consultations from anywhere in Nova Scotia. Marion Hill completed certification in Negotiation and Conflict Management through a program established by Dalhousie University Law School and Henson College, and has been a member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society since 1998.
