Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionPaul Walter has practiced law with Waterbury Newton for more than 30 years and has been a member of the Nova Scotia Bar since 1982. He focuses on civil litigation, including personal and fatal injury claims, insurance claims, disability claims, workers' compensation and product and professional liability matters. He earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1981 and a B.A. Honours from Saint Mary's University in 1977. He is a founding member of the Black Lawyers' Association of Nova Scotia and a past president of the Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia's Valley Chapter, and he has served on Nova Scotia Barristers' Society committees including its Discipline Sub-Committee and Bar Admission Course Screening Committee.
