About Heather

Heather Spence is a partner who practises exclusively in criminal law, handling cases involving impaired and dangerous driving, drug trafficking and possession, fraud, assault and weapons offences. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2006 with an Honours degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration, then earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Student Honor Award from the Legal and Literary Society. Heather articled in criminal law and was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2010, later working as an associate at a well-known boutique criminal law firm before joining Mass Tsang LLP as a partner.
