About Gasper

Gasper practices litigation at Daoust Vukovich LLP, handling a wide array of commercial and civil disputes. His files often involve commercial lease disagreements, contract disputes, condominium issues, construction matters and debt collection. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal and Superior Court of Justice, various tribunals, and both mediations and arbitrations. He joined the firm as an associate after articling and working as a summer student there, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2007. Gasper studied law at the University of Windsor, where he volunteered with the school's legal aid clinic and served as a student mediator, and completed his undergraduate degree at York University. He belongs to the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations and the Advocates' Society, and has been named to Best Lawyers in Canada since 2018.
